The credit crunch comes to Ballyholme. Not one of the houses on this street are worth less than half a million quid so I doubt if there's too much belt tightening going on here. Maybe that's part of the writer's message.However, unemployment is rising steeply in North Down. The dole office are taking on extra staff and staggering sign on times.
